Stian Osmundsen is the CEO of Levato, a Norwegian software company behind Vantage, a real-time multidomain wargaming platform developed with the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and the US Coast Guard. Under his leadership, Levato delivers AI-ready simulations that enhance tactical decision-making, leadership, and total defense readiness, bridging technology and pedagogy to advance modern training and decision-support solutions.

Espen Askvik is the President of Levato, a Norwegian software company developing advanced wargaming and decision-support solutions. With over 20 years’ experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and investment, and degrees from the Royal Norwegian Naval Academy and the Norwegian School of Economics, he combines operational and business insight to strengthen Levato’s innovation and international growth in AI-driven simulation and training.

Luis E. Velazquez, a retired U.S. Marine with nearly four decades of service, led defense technology modernization as CTO for Marine Corps Systems Command. He advanced AI-enabled decision support, digital infrastructure, and modeling and simulation for wargaming and force design. Through international agreements and CRADAs with allies, he strengthened global collaboration. A former U.S. Naval Academy instructor, he remains dedicated to advancing AI-driven defense innovation and interoperability.
